COPS GET A 3 YEAR PAID VACATION FOR POLICE BRUTALITY!
For the last three years
officers Joseph Lawlor, Elson Morales and Clive Higgins of the
Bridgeport, CT, Police Department, have been on paid vacation.
Tax payers have continued to pay the salaries of these three thugs after they were caught on video stomping on a motionless man in broad daylight.
Tax payers have also been called to task to pay the $198,000 settlement to Orlando Lopez-Soto, the man being stomped on by thugs in the video below.
Clive Higgins, a 12-year veteran of the
Bridgeport Police, was due in court on Friday to be arraigned on the
felony charge of using unreasonable force during the 2011 arrest, the
U.S. Attorney's Office for Connecticut said in a statement.
If convicted, Higgins, 48, faces a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

Two Bridgeport police officers
have pleaded guilty to federal civil rights charges, after they were
caught on tape kicking an incapacitated man, federal prosecutors say.
Elson
Morales, 42, and Joseph Lawlor, 41, pleaded guilty Tuesday in
Bridgeport to deprivation of rights under color of law, according to the
U.S. Attorney's office. Sentencing is scheduled for Sept. 2.
